We are simply delighted to have Tighearna now, as it is the start of a new breeding line for us. Cats that are familiar to us, included in his Pedigree, include Reisa's brother Imperial Grand Champion Noynarock Winston and UK Olympic Gold, Imperial Grand Champion Noynarock Alfried. Reisa's first liason was with Alfried, sadly it didnt come to anything but we have fond memories of our visits to see him.

FAQ
Are your cats vaccinated and genetically tested?
Yes, all our cats are vaccinated and genetically tested.
We are very fortunate to have a wonderful Veterinary clinic just five minutes from the Cottage on the Peninsula. All the staff know us and are so welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Michael, the vet, is so patient with the kittens. On our first visit, he was absolutely astounded when after giving the first kitten his Vaccine, he set him on the floor to play for a bit, but the kitten just jumped back up! He thought he would know which kitten had been examined if he lifted them one by one out of the carrier and then set on the floor. Not Norwegian Forest kittens, they are climbers and even at eight weeks can jump from the floor to the counter with ease!
Our Cats are regularly vaccinated for the following:
Feline calicivirus (FCV), Feline herpes virus type 1 (FHV), Feline panleucopenia virus (FPLV).
Feline leukaemia-virus viraemia Feline leucosis.
*Our Breeding Cats are also genetically tested before registered as Active with GCCF - the new requirement for NF Cat breeders.
GSD IV (Glycogen Storage Disease) & PK Def (Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency)
Samples taken by the Vet, are sent to Langford vets Diagnostic Laboratories in Bristol and all results have come back as normal n/n.
Can we visit the Cattery first?
Of course! Our cats are of excellent quality, very friendly and we are happy to show them off when there is interest. Northern Ireland is a wonderful place to visit, the natural beauty in our country is outstanding, and there is also of ancient history to find out about, perfect for a short break away or a road trip. We can also send videos and photos on request if needed.
